Please take the time to read the Puppy Contract carefully and thoroughly before signing. If you have any questions about the terms or conditions outlined in the contract, we encourage you to reach out to us. We are happy to provide clarification and make sure you fully understand the agreement.

Once your deposit has been received and you have been moved from the Master Waitlist to the Reservation List, you will receive your Puppy Contract.

The contract will be made available to you by mail, email, or directly through our website. A final copy of the completed contract will be provided to you for your records.

The completed contract must be signed and returned by Puppy Pick Day, when the puppies are 6 weeks old. You may return the signed contract by mail, email, or hand delivery to us.

Failure to sign and return the completed contract by this deadline will result in your puppy reservation being considered void.

We want every family to have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and our commitment to each puppy before bringing their new Kler Setter puppy home.
