Master Waitlist

Everyone begins on the Master Waitlist. This is the list you join to secure your position in line for a future Kler Setter puppy.

The Master Waitlist is first come, first served, based on the date you join.

There is no obligation to purchase a puppy by joining the Master Waitlist. This simply allows you to reserve your place in line and gives you the opportunity to be considered for a future litter when the time comes.

When puppies become available, families on the Master Waitlist will be contacted in order of their position and will have the opportunity to move forward with the puppy selection process.

Joining the Master Waitlist is the first step toward welcoming a Kler Setter puppy into your family!

Once our puppies are born and thriving, we will begin reaching out to families in order from our Master Waitlist.

When it is your turn, you will have the opportunity to place a deposit on an available puppy and officially move from the Master Waitlist to our Reservation List.

If the puppy you are hoping for is not available based on your preferred sex, color, or other preferences, you have the option to remain on the Master Waitlist and hold your position for our next litter. There is never an obligation to choose a puppy simply because it is your turn.

Once you choose an available puppy and your deposit is received, you will be added to the Reservation List and sent our Puppy Contract.

The contract must be signed and returned before Puppy Pick Day at 6 weeks of age.

Please understand that the contract is an important part of reserving your puppy. Failure to return the signed contract by Puppy Pick Day will result in your reservation being void and your deposit being forfeited.

We want this process to be simple, fair, and transparent, while giving every family the opportunity to find the right Kler Setter puppy for their home.

Puppy selection begins at 6 weeks of age. At this stage, puppies’ personalities are beginning to develop, and their coloring and markings are becoming more defined.

Puppy picks are made in the order of the Reservation List. 

When it is your turn to choose, we will provide you with pictures and videos of the available puppies to help you make an informed decision.

We will also take the time to guide you through the selection process, helping you choose a puppy based on their developing personality, temperament, and the role you hope your puppy will have in your family—whether that is a hunting partner, active companion, or beloved family dog.

If you are local to our area and would like to pick your puppy in person, please reach out to us. We limit in-person visits as a precaution to protect the health and well-being of our puppies, but we are happy to accommodate in-person puppy selections when possible.

Our goal is to help each family find the puppy that is the best fit for their lifestyle and expectations, rather than choosing based on appearance alone.
